 Welcome to the electronic
edition of Braai News. Braai News is published in April and
October of each year, two of the best times to be here in
the Sunshine State. Our next Braai will be held at Philippe
Park on Sunday, 27 April 2008, starting at 10am. We
will be in shelter #2.
If you would like to receive regular hard copy editions of
Braai News, please fill out the online
subscription form.
Please Take Note:
For those of you who haven't been to Philippe Park, here is
a map
for directions on how to get there. Please remember to bring
your own food, cozzies (bathing suits) and drinks - and
remember the Florida Parks law is "No alcohol allowed."
There will be koeksusters, biltong, and of course
Britans will be there
with all kinds of South African goodies that you can stock
up on.
A donation of $7.50 per person over 19 years of age goes
towards paying for the mailing of the newsletter, as well as
the the postcards, the labels, the rent of the bakkie (for
the transporting of the charcoal, chairs, table etc.)

I would like to personally thank Merry, Sharon, Nico, Noleen, Susan and
all contributors for making the Braai News and the Braai
get-together possible for all of us to enjoy. If you have a

the improvement of our site. I work hard to keep the Braai
News up to date, but I am after all human and do sometimes
