Please Note: Because of the cost of postage,
we can only send copies of the printed edition to addresses
within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. you
will be notified via email when the online version is
published (e-mail address required). Please be aware that
the printed edition is published only twice a year, in April
& October and is only mailed at that time.
